Jane snarled at the rain beat down on her small frail little body. Forks; the one place you couldn't walk outside and just breath, it had to rain. But that is why the Cullen's just loved it here right? The ever gloomy presence kept their secret to themselves, and their toy Bella.
Jane scoffed once before shaking her soaked hood of her head. The normal flow of her cape sagged and hung only ever so slightly in the breeze. The trees around her threw eerie shadows around her making her smile.
It was dark out, but she could smell both Bella and Edward. What they were doing out in the pouring rain like this, she didn't know, but also didn't care. Jane blinked once as she pulled her now dark brown hair out of her ebony eyes.
She was going for Bella. She starved herself just so the tase would be much better. The throbbing hunger in her stomach drove her on as she quickened her pace as she fell into a meadow.
It was huge, beautiful even if the rain didn't make everything so gloomy. Jane whimpered as she looked around to see that Bella and Edward weren't there. Their smell stung her nose but they were nowhere close.
Jane growled as she sat down in the middle of the meadow glaring at the starless sky, "Where are they!" The rain hit her in the face, slowly rolling down like tears. "They'll be back soon."She said to herself getting comfortable. She was going to ride the storm. ooc:// anyone can join....

Alice had foreseen this long ago. She knew to send Bella and Edward out long ago, in the morning, so that their smell would linger for Jane to catch. Thankfully, the growing rain had not yet flooded their combined aroma. The perfume of Edward's musky-sweet scent, and Bella's sweet, alluring blood was still clinging to each tree in the woodland, and each blade of grass in the clearing.
But they were back home. Safe, and together, as they hoped to spend the rest of their lives........
Alice, the mastermind of their survival, was not feeling as great as that pair at the moment. Infact, she was rather unhappy she had left herself to deal with the whole Jane mess, without any help. They were nowhere near an equal match. Their relatively equal size didn't matter. Jane's power could cripple Alice in an instant........ but for some reason, Alice wasn't worried.
"Where are they!"
Alice snickered, feeling triumphant, even as her dark, whimsical hair wilted, and clung to her face.
"They'll be back soon."
Alice shook her head in slight disbelief; dancing her way through the rain, to stand before Jane. She held her distance to quite a few yards, making sure she was close enough so that Jane could catch a good glimpse of her [hopefully] intimidating, golden stare.
"You came all this way to see Edward? He'll be flatter, when I tell him." She growled confidently; a few, subtle tremors of thunder blending into her voice.

Jane tilted her head to the side slightly before jumping up to her feet. her grace was hardly matched up to Alice but, much greater than Edward. He onyx eyes contrasted against her pale face.
She blinked once before her anger finally caught a hold of her tiny body, shaking it violently. "You." She growled through her teeth. But then it came upon her sending a wave of happiness over her.
"Your alone Alice." She said, her voice barely audible above the thundering sound of the rain. The rain whisked around her her head like a halo of an angel. But Jane was far from an angel. After Alice was finished, Bella would be oh, so closer.

"You."
Alice's lips twitched into a satisfactory grin; devastating the innocence of her pixie-like face. Jane obviously wasn't expecting Alice to show up; nor was she happy to see her.
Good.
She crossed her arms contently, and shifted her weight to one hip; her damp jeans clinging to her short and slender legs. "I can't say I'm happy to see you either," She jeered; her tone rather pleasant, despite the horrible weather brewing above them.
"Your alone Alice."
Alice's smirk faltered for a brief second; the quick action mirroring the sudden bolt of lightening as it lit the sky above them. She threatened to take a step backward, even though Jane had made no move yet.
She cleared her throat; hoping t shake the sudden spout of nervousness from her chilled spine- hoping the feeling would roll off like the water beads on her granite skin. "As are you," She replied finally; raising an observant eyebrow, before she continued, "But my family is closer than you think."
But in all actuality, Alice had no clue of the whereabouts of the Cullens. And more importantly, she was unaware of the placement of the Volturi.

Jane frowned as Alice jeered at her. Her face hard as her eyes glared up to Alice.
"But my family is closer than you think."
Jane arched one of her eyebrows as she heard the quiver in her voice. Jane put her hair back behind her ears. She tilted her head to the side slightly as she took a step closer to the tiny vampire. Jane could see Alice's emotions though her topaz eyes.
"I should be afraid?" She asked blinking the rain away. Her tiny frame silhouetted against the the monstrous trees hiding in the background. A flash of light lit up Jane's face and her smile turned up her face. ooc:// sorry if my posts aren't to long... ):

"I should be afraid?"
"Yes," Alice agreed with a smile-adorned nod. "You should be. But since you're an ignorant little girl, I suppose it's reasonable to dismiss the fact that if you make one wrong move, all the Cullens will know."
What a lie.
Alice and Jane both knew Alice had no way to contact any of them immediately. Edward would have to randomly pick Alice's mind and contemplate the fact something was wrong before he could guess her location..... Jasper would be no help. He'd only be able to sense fear and pain radiating off his tiny wife, and also estimate her plotted point.
Alice began to realize what danger she could possibly be in, and she knew Jane realized this too, by the smirk on her face. Alice looked away immediately; knowing that eye-contact could send her to her knees.
"Why have you come here, Jane?" She asked after a few seconds of silence, coupled with the background drone of rumbling Seattle clouds, and the non-stop curtain of rain.
No matter how much grace she used to dance away, the butterfly-girl would end up indefinitely trapped.
OOC;; Your posts are perfectly fine. Quality over quantity, silly. (:

"You should be. But since you're an ignorant little girl, I suppose it's reasonable to dismiss the fact that if you make one wrong move, all the Cullens will know."
Jane shook her head slightly, her small laugh radiating out of her chest. The laughter of a child is happy, carefree, unlike Jane. Her laugh was wild, evil even it was hard to miss. "How naive do you think I am Alice? I may be child in your eyes, but I have lived mus longer than you." Jane finished looking to the sky.
Jane knew she wasn't getting anywhere close to getting that she wanted, but her immoral mind grabbed onto something that she knew Alice would fight for. "Jasper, thats Who i've come for." She started, smiling at Alice.
The thunder cracked like a whip in the midnight sky as Jane continued, "As soon as I took care of Bella, Jasper was next, Aro wanted him. And if he failed to come back with me.."Jane trailed off, hoping to hit a nerve.
ooc:// Aww, thanks. ^^

To be very blunt; the laughter startled Alice. She knew this contender was evil; but she had never expected such a menacing laughter to escape some one with Jane's appearance.
Perhaps that was the reason it was so easy for her to get meals, as well......?
"How naive do you think I am Alice? I may be child in your eyes, but I have lived mus longer than you." Jane finished looking to the sky.
Alice took her turn to chuckle, then. Her fairy-like giggle was replaced with a bitter chortle which was dry, and humor-less. "Age has nothing to do with it. It's the fact you act so childishly, and use your power to try and intimidate others that makes you a child." Alice muttered; not bothering to talk over the growing thunder, as she attempted to clarify for herself.
"Jasper, thats Who i've come for."
Alice had opened her mouth to dismiss Jane, but all the words stopped flowing to her. Her idea of speech was lost in an immense sea of worry; and she stammered- covering it up with a quaint clearing of her throat,
She had obviously hit her weak spot.
"Jasper?" She repeated quietly; her lips unmoving, as she was more or less murmuring to herself.
"As soon as I took care of Bella, Jasper was next, Aro wanted him. And if he failed to come back with me.."
Oh, Jane hit the nerve; trust me.
The delicate-looking girl clenched her teeth inside her tight-lipped mouth; taking a brief second to contemplate this, without Jane knowing exactly what she had done.
"Jasper would never-..... He would never join you." Alice growled; her topaz eyes flickering to a darker shade of bronze at the very idea. Another sky-splitting streak of lightning zipped the starry heavens, and Alice was surprised at how quickly the storm had climaxed.
"And you wouldn't ever kill him. You wouldn't kill anybody." She said, much too quickly.
Come on. This was Jane they were talking about.
Normally, Al knew this was stretching the truth to an unreasonable fib... but she was still incredibly frazzled over the Jasper situation.

"Age has nothing to do with it. It's the fact you act so childishly, and use your power to try and intimidate others that makes you a child."
Jane ignored Alice as she awaited the expression that she was aiming for.
"Jasper?"
'Bingo' Jane thought looking up to Alice. Her face was slightly less horrified that She would have wanted. Jane could tell that Alice was hiding something from her, but she couldn't tell what. Was it how much love she held for jasper? Or was it something else?
"Jasper would never-..... He would never join you."
Jane smiled as she opened her mouth just to be cut off by Alice.
"And you wouldn't ever kill him. You wouldn't kill anybody."
"You see-" Jane said stepping closer to Alice. "I've been killing for much to long to just let jasper by. And like you said, he most likely won't come with me. Which brings me to plan B."

"You see-" Jane said stepping closer; paralyzing Alice to the spot with fear. Her nose wrinkled as she picked up the scent of human blood lingering on Jane; and she fought herself to detain a comment. Jasper was more important that giving Jane grief.
"I've been killing for much to long to just let jasper by. And like you said, he most likely won't come with me. Which brings me to plan B."
Alice's glance narrowed to brass slits; her forehead creasing in frustration coupled with confusion, and she staggered back a step or two. "Why? When Edward and I declined spots, we weren't killed," She stated plainly; wanting to look to Jane with inquisitive eyes- but stopped herself.
She didn't want the girl to be able to sense her fear....
Why hadn't Alice seen this coming? If Aro had made up his mind to request her beloved, she should have seen this. But she only saw Jane in the clearing....
Stupid visions.
"Jane, we're satisfied with our coven. Jasper doesn't need to be tampered with." She mumbled protectivley.

"Why? When Edward and I declined spots, we weren't killed,"
Jane mentally kicked herself as the flashing of the lights flickered across the meadow like lightning bugs. Jane didn't know why, but she was starting to get worried. Had Alice figure out that Jasper was a cheep threat, or was she trying to make her think that she was.
Like a well delivered line Jane fought back, "No body knows as Aro does. These were my orders, I am read to fill them" Jane said, her lip curling up into a satisfied grin.
Jane found it hard to stand up against the hurricane type winds for her frail little body, didn't weigh much. Her Deep brown hair was plastered to her delicate face.
But what was weird was that their were not smells of other animals. Were they afraid of the all to sweet scent of the vampire? Or was it the horrid snarling that came out of Janes mouth ever to much. ooc:// If you get bored, please tell me. We could change it up. ^^

"No body knows as Aro does. These were my orders, I am read to fill them"
Alice shook her head. "Of course..... but why give up on Edward or I?" She grumbled; sighing quietly to herself. Jane was nonnegotiable, and if Alice proposed anything that didn't appeal to the girl's liking, she could be the one to end up dead.
She needed to keep herself calm, which wasn't easy. The thought of losing someone she knew was her soul-mate was unbearable, even if Alice doubted that it was truth. The sound of the dropping rain should have been enough to soothe the Cullen pixie at any other time, but now it only added to her anxious adrenaline.
She sighed; looking toward Jane quietly, studying she, and her mocking grin with careful restraint.
"Wouldn't you rather have anyone else than Jasper?" She asked faintly; flickering her pleading gaze to the blown-over trees in the distance, so Jane couldn't see. Well, she hoped the girl didn't see, at least. Jane would take the loving look as a sign of weakness, and taunt her with it.....
Too late for that.
OOC;; I'm not bored. Heheh, but I wouldn't mind a change. (:

"Of course..... but why give up on Edward or I?"
Jane thought for a moment hoping the Alice would take that as if she didn't hear . "Maybe he's the bargaining chip." Jane threw out without thinking. But as soon as it left, she became angry at herself. She was getting way to off topic. She came here for Bella, and Bella only. Why push her luck?
The rain slammed harder and harder against the ground, trees, and anything in the meadow. Though the cold wasn't getting to her, something was; her hunger. Why did she was to come hungry, and not just feed in town? the memory of the deep crimson liquid, ward made her twitch with anticipation. That was an horrible example of the Volturi and hoped Aro didn't find out.She didn't know if Aro wanted jasper, But if I got jasper to go. 'Bingo' She thought, the frown still lingering on her face.
"Wouldn't you rather have anyone else than Jasper?"
Jane tilted her head to the side once before seeing Alice look away. What was this girl trying to hide?! Jane thought this question. "Bella," she said after a while. "Not just to be changed, but ours the Volturi's." Jane smirked continuing." but Edward might not be to happy with that.
ooc:// Alice needs to get on top, I feel horrible for her! We love you Alice! ;D

"Maybe he's the bargaining chip."
Alice tilted her head in bewilderment; a sickening sense of hatred and brutality fluttering around in Alice's small stomach. She withheld a growl from escaping her throat; not to maintain the ballerina-like reputation, but to keep Jane from getting satisfaction.
If Alice showed sign of emotion, the girl would feel like she had won, and possibly fuel her ambition to carry forth and seek out Jasper or Bella. "Aren't the Volturi supposed to be the heroic vampires?"
Right now, this talk of slaughter was beginning to give them a bad reputation. "I imagine that if you go around killing everyone who doesn't go your way, Aro might get disappointed, since everyone will hate the Volturi coven..." Alice taunted; trying to get Jane to be the one to feel horror.
"Bella," she said after a while. "Not just to be changed, but ours the Volturi's."
Alice sniffed at the idea; an incredulous smirk working it's way across her slippery face. "Why so confident she'll even have a gift? There's no actual way to know. Is this a theory of Aro's?" She asked, scoffing- before deciding to hit Jane with her own medicine. "He's so ignorant- assuming we want to join his filthy establishment..."
" but Edward might not be to happy with that."
Well of course not! Alice grimaced, before regaining a step toward Jane. "No, he won't. And if you dare take her, he'll make sure you regret it. All of the Cullen's will make sure of that." The spunky, spit-fire side of Alice prevailing here.

"Aren't the Volturi supposed to be the heroic vampires?" "I imagine that if you go around killing everyone who doesn't go your way, Aro might get disappointed, since everyone will hate the Volturi coven..."
Jane gasped. Did Alice know that her threats were blank, while she was only here to change bella. Jane Took a step forward, trying to keep her anger at a minimum. "Anyone who provokes the Volturi will end up dead." Jane growled. Letting her voice, float on the air and crack like a whip. She knew that Alice would understand this, but why did she come here. Was she looking for a fight?
"He's so ignorant- assuming we want to join his filthy establishment..."
Jane's eyes widened in horror. Before she let out a growl, that only belonged in nightmares erupt from her throat. "Filthy." Jane repeated, her hands balled into fists. Jane had never seen anyone talk like that about master. He wouldn't be happy if he found out that she had said that.
"No, he won't. And if you dare take her, he'll make sure you regret it. All of the Cullen's will make sure of that."
Jane took an anger filled step closer to Alice. "You wouldn't dare to touch me!" She glared at Alice with hate filled eyes. Alice wasn't three strides away, She didn't know who would win if it came down to it.
